1 packet Dry Milk Powder (approx. 1/2 cup)
2/3 cup Cocoa Powder
1/3 cup Confectioners Sugar
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
Mix all of the Cocoa Mix ingredients together in a jar close the lid tightly and shake to mix.
When ready to make 1 cup:
Bring 8 oz of Water to a boil.
Place 2 generous tablespoons of the Cocoa mixture into a mug.
Add 2 Tablespoons of Milk and stir until all of the powder has dissolved.
Pour in the Boiling water and stir to blend.
Try using Organic dried Milk Powder and a really nice quality Cocoa such as Valrhona or Ghirardelli. The better the ingredients, the better quality Hot Cocoa you will have. If you desire an even Chocolatier drink, add a few Chocolate morsels in and you will have this terrific chocolate at the bottom of your cup. Never skimp! Remember to add Marshmallows if you like or freshly Whipped Cream. Stay well feed and warm this holiday season.
